WHY HOLD

Yield gives everyone a little. GATCHA gives someone a lot.

Most tokens with a fee stream do the same thing with it. They collect it, split it by the decimal, and push a few cents into every wallet. It is fair, and it is forgettable.

GATCHA spends the same stream on one thing: filling a machine. Every 1,510 SV151 becomes one meaningful catch instead of thousands of tiny payments. Nine times in ten, a holder catches the whole thing.

A small holder may catch nothing for several rounds — that is real, and we will not pretend otherwise. But when they do catch one, the reward can be meaningful relative to the size of their position. Hold more and your chance increases proportionally, every round.

THE VAULT

Sometimes the machine catches itself.

One round in ten, no holder catches it — the Vault does. That is not the house taking a cut. Nothing is skimmed off a winner's prize, because there is no winner that round. The machine catches the whole thing and keeps it.

And what it catches, it keeps. Every SV151 the Vault has ever won is still sitting there, stacking into the prize pool for a second machine — one you pay GATCHA to pull, and that burns the GATCHA it takes.

The Vault is not idle capital. It is what lets the next machine pay out more than it charges.

Effect
GATCHA leaves supply

A normal commercial gacha machine has to make money on the pull. That is why the odds are against you: the machine is the business.

The second GATCHA machine does not have to be. Its prizes have already been subsidised by the Vault, so the pull itself does not need to be negative-EV. What it collects is not profit — it is GATCHA, and it comes out of supply.

The first machine does not stop when the second one starts. It never stops.

AND IT FEEDS ITSELF

  1. 01TRADING FILLS ITHalf of every trade's 1% fee arrives as SV151. At 1,510 the machine is full.
  2. 02A HOLDER CATCHES ITAnyone can pull it, free. Nine times in ten a holder catches the lot.
  3. 03OR THE VAULT DOESOne round in ten. Nothing has ever left the Vault.
  4. 04IT STOCKS MACHINE TWOPrizes already paid for, so the pull can favour the player.
  5. 05EVERY PULL BURNS GATCHAYou pay in GATCHA. What you pay leaves supply for good.

Less GATCHA in circulation means the GATCHA still held carries greater weight — so every holder's odds rise on every round after it.
